Found Kitten

Today when we came back from school, we found a little cute kitten in our backyard. She was really friendly and wanted to come into our house, so she tried climbing the net door.------------------>
She kept on trying and tryin and tryin to get into our house. We didn't let her come, so she doesn't mess up the house.
It was sooo cute. My sister said that she might be hungry so we gave her some milk in a bowl. Then my sister went outside and played with her. She was sooo playful!She seemed like a house cat not some stray one, because she was comfortable around us.No one is claiming the cat and we are not sure why someone just left a small kitten(she can't even jump over the fence, so it couldn't have come by itself!) We can't keep her, because in the house contract we signed they said no cats or dogs allowed. We are still waiting for someone to come and claim her, if not then maybe we can keep her.

Hmmmm...let's see. Today was a good day, We had 2 finals instead of 4, YAY!!!Pinky gave me this cute gift (thx sooo much!). I just finished my social studies final and now i have to finish this other thing up.Br.Sam did not come today. I hope he feels better. Oh and tommorrow we are having a party after school for the spelling bee(why does it have to be after school, why not during school?!?!).

4 finals 2morrow......

Today my parents were off from work and my sister and i were off from school due to Memorial Day. We went to the park. Oh, was it crowded!!! Then we went to Toys'R' Us, Best Buy, Mervyns and the mall.We have our math, english, literature,and arabic final tommorrow.After these finals, we will only have social studies then no finals, YAY!!!Oh wait, we still have the Sat10:-(. I have to go and study some more, bye.

Today we had guests over at our house. They are leaving this country for good, so they came over.I also went to Pinky's house to drop off her books, but she wasnt home, so i put her book inside her mailbox.(check your mailbox,Pinky). Today I went to Kings Market, Al-Anwar,and the Masjid and studied for my finals and sat10. Last night i met sillysilly, blue-roan, and mypreciouss at the masjid.Right now while i am typing my new post, i am also transfering the spelling bee pictures onto the computer.There are ALOT of pictures so it takes time. After they are on the computer, i have to edit the brightness, sharpness, and delete the ones that didn't come out right.After I am done with that, I will e-mail it to the people who requested it, Inshallah. Today we had the Inter-School Spelling Bee. I lost on the word mannequin, I thought they said manican or something like that,lol. My friend Alina won 2nd place and Mia won 3rd place, YAY! Our school had winners from 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th,,7th,& 8th,isn't that sooo cool?Yeah, i know it is. We left at 9:ooam and came back at around 4:00pm. It was so much fun, i just wish pinky and everyone would have been there. Spankey,Alina, Gnamine, and I were playing around untill our turn, because it was sooo boring sitting inside. Well, congratulations to all the winners and participants!I have to go study for my grammar final, bye.

Spelling Bee Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the Inter-School Spelling Bee!Ahhhhhhhhhhh. I am soooooo nervous right now and feel all shivery.Our teacher really wants us to win and we want to win as well.We are representing our school, if we make a stupid mistake or we choke we will make our school look bad. Soo many people staring at you, waiting for you to begin spelling, teachers and parents wishing you will win, all those eyes......jus looking at you...the silence.....Talk about pressure. "The traffic in my brain,its driving me insane this is more than I can take."

Today was one busy day. We have a math final tommorow.I have soooo much to study. a monday at hooda

I just finished studying and doing some work. We have a spelling test tommorow, so i was just preparing. Today was a boring old day.We practiced for our spelling bee and at 12:00 had a meeting explaining all the rules.The Inter-Schhol spellin Bee is on Thursday. I am sooooo nervous at the thought of it. A busy day

Today, I worked on my science final project. I just got done with it. I did it on electricity. I also redid all my spelling writing assignments onto one notebook. Whew....that took a looonnnggg time, but i am done with it ,Alhumdulillah. I went to Smart & Final and Jon's and i bought brownie bites, yummm. I love brownies and everything to do with chocolates.Don't you?

Safety Day at Home Depot.

Today,Pinky and I went to home depot at 9:15. Br.clergyman wasn' t there yet , so we waited till he came. After he came, we set up the tent, put the fruits on the table, and set up the flyers. Mypreciousness, 8kas, and his little brother were there too.Later on, we saw sumi, Br.Mattress, and many other people. There were horses, dogs, and cats there as well. They also had many different kinds of guns and shields in the police tent. It was fun, except for the fact that pinky,my preciousness, and the two brothers left me with someone and they went and had fun, while i was stuck in the ICH booth. Anyways, I stayed there till 3pm. It was very hot and I got a sunburn on my face( nose and cheeks) :-( .I met Br.Clergyman's wife and son at Ross by Home Depot. She was the first one who informed me about my sunburn. Well, i have to go do some work.Bye

Sorry i couldn't upgrade my blog yesterday, I was at sumi's house untill 11pm. I also met mypreciousness, kamra kat, and this other girl over there. It was so much fun!!!We talked, talked , and talked. We called Pinky, but she wasn't able to come.When I came home, i was soooo sleepy that i went straight to bed.

I just finished my math homework. It was extremely boring and confusing. I still haven't decided the topic of my science project. Finals, finals and more finals

Today, we had our Islamic Studies final. It was ok. We also have a final tomorrow, and the rest of next week.Ughhhhh. I am a bit nervous about the math final.Anyways we watched some of Stand and Deliver. We are going to finish watching it tommorow.Although I have seen that move twice before, i still enjoy watching it!It is very interesting and is based on a true story.Later on today, I talked to spankey on the phone for like 30-45 minutes.We went on and on and on...Well I have to go and study.Bye.

Friendship

I believe having friends is a very big thing. Friendship is not one day you are friends and the next day you say"I'm not your friend anymore!".... I don't get why people do that?!?! You need a friend to express yourself and they will understand, a friend who is always there for you, who is always cheering you up, and is honest with you."Friends" who make fun of you to be cool, backstab you, and always secretly want the bad for you are not true friends.Friends always want da best for you and don't get jealous of you. Now I am starting to get the hang of distinguishing the two types. I have some of the best friends I could ever have(and you know who you are!,I LOVE YOU ALL! ):-).

Oww, my toe

Today was a pretty good day in school. Pinky was like sooo happy. We got SO MUCH math h.w. It is so hard and boring.I'm still not done with it,lol.I ate barbecue chicken and rice for dinner today, yummm.I have to go to the doctor tommorow to get the root burned. What root you ask? Well here is the whole story:

When I went on my trip out of country, i got hurt on my toe, it got stomped over or something. So anyways, i didn't notice at that time and my nail ingrew into my skin:(. Soon it got infected big time, and when i came back the doctor said if they don't take care of it the toe can get useless. So she did a little surgery thing on it. Just to make 1 toe numb, she put like 6-7 shots on the toe.OUCH.So tommorow she has to burn the root of nail so it doesn't ingrow again. HELP I DON'T WANT TO GO!

To Sir, With Love-Respect

To Sir, With Love is a truly amazing story.It is about an educated man who is trained as an engineer, but starts to teach while trying to get a job in that position. Since he is black, he has a very hard time getting along with everyone at first. He has to teach a very undisciplined class at Noth Quay School.The value of "Respect" is a very important life lesson shown in the film.

As soon as he starts to teach, all the students make fun of his color, riddicule him, cuss all the time, and disrespect him greatly. After an incident, he loses his temper which i think was a good thing to the storyand the students respected him for that. He realized at that time that they are not kids anymore and that they are to be adult in a little while.

He soon starts to teach them about life and how respect is a mojor part of life. He tells everyone to address fello students as Ms. or Mr.. He also practices that himself. Practicing what you say brought great respect from the students to him. By the end of the story, the whole class was calling him sir and and had deep respect for him. Mr. Thakeray changed their lives greatly, turning them from imature idiots to mature, sophisticated, smart people. The story was very touching at the end, when they give him a gift and also dedicate a very nice song to him, To Sir, With Love.:-).

For those of you who have't watched this move or read the book, i recommed you do so. Remeber if you respect others, others will respect you. If you don't repect them they won't respect you.

4 hours at the airport

Today i went to Ann's Fabric and Food4less. I saw Ms. Purple's older sister there. Then at 6:00 we went to the airport to pick up my grandpa. The flight was delayed or something, so we ended up there from6:00pm- 10:00 pm!I just got home like 1/2 an hour ago.During those 4 hours, i was soooo bored. I couldn't even call anyoneor play any games, because I forgot to charge my phone.While I was waiting, a gust of wind with an awful smell swept in(you can guess what that might have been, too many beans for someone,lol).I moved away from that foul smell as fast as I could.Whew, that was better. Then finally my grandpa came and we went home. Well, im soo happy that my grandpa is home.

Ummm..Lets see, what did i do today?I cleaned up my room, organized my closet, and went shopping and buying grocery with my family.I SAW THIS COOL LAMBORGHINI on the way!!!!!!About 2-3 minutes ago, I was browsing others blogs.My grandpa is coming home tommorrow and I'm like soooo excited.Still nothing that so extraordinary has happened, but i sure will keep you informed.

We finished watching To Sir, with Love today. I swear it's such a nice movie. You should watch it. Ms.Purple didn't wear what we had planned to wear.Oh, well maybe next time then. After 7:45 we went to the mall. I saw this cute top, but they didn't have the color I wanted. :-(

Math lesson was soooo hard today!Like half the class got sent out. I found out something that i never knew was happening. Trust me it was a shocking discovery. My best bud got so shocked that she kept screaming at recess. We had to calm her down. Wow, i still can't believe it.....Anyways To Sir, with Love is such a good movie. Say Cheeese

Today was a pretty good day. We had our panorama picture taken today which wasted a lot of class time:D. A panorama picture is, as most of u might know, a pisture of the whole entire school. We watched an interesting movie in class today called To Sir, With Love.We also got ALOT of math hw:-(. Some of my friends said i looked sad and like i cried, but i was perfectly fine. I really dont know why they kept thinking i am/was sad?!?!

Today, we barely have any hw. YAY!!!Our finals and sat10 are coming up, so we practice and learn some boring things like how to read instructions.Well, learning all this stuff will pay off in the sat10 hopefully, Inshallah. Math is getting harder everyday which gets me frustrated ~x(. We are learning all these new types of algebric equation thingies.We had all our usual classes today and again nothing unusual happened.

nothing extraordinary happens

Today was another ordinary ,but funny day. Well, many weird things happen in my school, but today was another story. It was one funny thing after another. Some of my friends were acting hilarious today, one of our teacher didn't feel like coming to school, one wore a black suit with an orange shirt and tie(Halloween colors,joking), one just didn't match, and so on and so forth.Besides this, nothing extraordinary happened.Well, when it does,I'ill be sure to keep you up to date.
